Erica Yesko believes in the power of culture, talent, and leadership in building viable organizations. She has deep subject matter expertise in organization design, change management, and leadership development, and a solid understanding of the dynamics of change leadership to produce business redesigns and cultural transformation. Erica has focused her career on designing scalable organizations and processes, building managed cultures, coaching high-potential leaders, building highly effective teams, and managing change. Her experience overseeing the company-wide design, people, and process functions has led to organizations achieving significant results.
She led the business development function for BDO, USA. In that role, she defined and implemented the structure, processes, and systems for its business development nationwide.
Erica is adept in the Talent function including all aspects of talent acquisition, management and retention, from interviewing methodology to team building and performance management. As a certified Leadership Development Coach, she works with executives and aspiring leaders to maximize their potential.
In addition to her work at LaunchVector, Erica works with entrepreneurial start-ups, growth companies, and large companies, most notably in the technology, telecommunications, and venture development industries, looking to pivot or become more sustainable.
